Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Account Executive to drive growth across our Insurance Technology practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of insurance, technology, and trusted client relationships; someone who can sell outcomes, not just products. You’ll work with Managing General Agents (MGAs), intermediaries, and carriers to help them modernize underwriting, streamline operations, and harness the power of data and AI through our consulting and implementation services.

What will you do in this role?

  • Lead business development efforts for our Insurance Technology consulting practice.
  • Build and manage relationships with executives and decision-makers across the P&C value chain.
  • Identify and close opportunities for implementation, integration, and advisory services for leading Insurtech and software platforms.
  • Partner closely with our delivery and solutions teams to position Sikich as a trusted advisor; one that understands both the business of insurance and the technologies driving transformation.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Expand existing accounts by introducing new services and solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Represent Sikich at conferences, client events, and partner forums to build market visibility and credibility.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 7–12 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development for technology consulting or software vendors.
  • Proven success selling professional services, SaaS implementations, or insurtech solutions within the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  • A strong understanding of insurance workflows, underwriting, bordereaux, and policy administration systems.
  • A deep network across MGAs, carriers, brokers, and insurance technology vendors.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented selling style with the ability to navigate multi-threaded enterprise deals.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
