Senior Account Executive

About the role

As our Senior Account Executive for North America (East), you will drive new customer acquisitions and hunt new logos by developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. This is an individual contributor role responsible for hitting and overachieving the sales quota.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities with Fortune 500 companies
• Manage complex sales cycles selling the Source to Pay Suite to CPOs, CFOs, and CIOs
• Manage large enterprise accounts with revenue of $1 billion and above
• Grow revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing enterprise client accounts
• Forecast sales closures accurately based upon realistic opportunity assessments
• Work with Inside Sales and Marketing to maximize territory penetration
• Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
• Build key customer relationships with Zycus customers

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in a sales hunter role with a successful track record in large, complex sales
• Proven track record and demonstrated success leading teams selling SaaS/Cloud enterprise software to large enterprises and global companies
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Experience selling eProcurement software solutions is an added advantage
• Must have been a part of President’s Club/Winner’s Circle/Achiever’s Club/Platinum Club or equivalent
