Responsibilities

  • Sell BMS / HVAC Controls hardware and software technologies to the New York customer base
  • Attending trade shows, networking events and meeting new and existing customers to generate buzz and brand
  • Selling through Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Building Owners / End Users
  • Work with Estimating team to put competitive bid and project proposals together for clients
  • Closing new business and achieving a yearly quota

Requirements

  • Experience selling BMS and HVAC Controls systems
  • Experience achieving a yearly quota and expectations in a sales position
  • Closing new business, prospecting, cold calling and building brand awareness
  • Hunter mindset with a drive to be a high earning top performer in the industry
