Responsibilities
- Sell BMS / HVAC Controls hardware and software technologies to the New York customer base
- Attending trade shows, networking events and meeting new and existing customers to generate buzz and brand
- Selling through Mechanical Contractors, Consulting Engineers, Building Owners / End Users
- Work with Estimating team to put competitive bid and project proposals together for clients
- Closing new business and achieving a yearly quota
Requirements
- Experience selling BMS and HVAC Controls systems
- Experience achieving a yearly quota and expectations in a sales position
- Closing new business, prospecting, cold calling and building brand awareness
- Hunter mindset with a drive to be a high earning top performer in the industry
