Key Responsibilities
- You’ll lead the entire journey from the first discovery call to the final signature.

- Discovery-First Selling: We prioritize diagnosing needs before offering solutions. Our most successful team members focus on asking insightful questions to truly understand a prospect’s world before ever opening a slide deck.
- Pipeline Management: You’ll maintain a healthy, high-velocity pipeline with a focus on momentum. By keeping HubSpot current and ensuring every prospect has a clear next step, you’ll help us maintain a transparent and predictable growth engine.
- Demo & Positioning: Rather than a "one-size-fits-all" pitch, you’ll craft tailored demos that speak directly to an agency owner's unique hurdles—whether that’s staffing, visibility, or building referral partnerships.
- Price Confidence: We take pride in the value Sensi delivers. We look for reps who can confidently lead with our standard pricing, viewing discounts as a rare exception.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll be a key voice in the company, partnering with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to share deal patterns and help us refine our collective strategy.

Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in a full-cycle closing role. B2B SaaS, healthtech, or high-velocity startup environment preferred.
- Emotional Intelligence: You can read a room through a Zoom screen. You know when to push and when to listen. Agency owners open up to reps who feel curious, not scripted.
- High-Velocity Mindset: You thrive in fast-moving environments where the playbook is still being written. Change is not a disruption, it's your fuel.
- Charisma with Substance: You're memorable in a first call, and you close because of what you know, not just how you feel.
- Coachability: You take feedback as a tool. You review your own calls. You ask for help when a deal is stalling, not after it dies.
- CRM Discipline: You live in HubSpot. Notes are specific. Stages are accurate. Next actions exist on every open deal.
- Home Care or Healthtech Experience: A genuine plus. The industry has its own language and emotional weight. If you've worked in it, that's a real edge.
