Schneider Electric’s Senior Account Executives are integral to the success of client engagement within the Public Sector. They are customer-centric, relationship builders who provide highly sustainable, comprehensive ways to reduce energy expenses and achieve and sustain better overall performance from our clients’ facilities. Responsibilities

  • Identifying and building new client relationships with research and community outreach
  • Create lead generation campaigns to prospect and build new business
  • Lead internal teams
  • Calling on executive-level prospects and present to C-Suite clients
  • Lead the development of strategic and tactical plans for moving prospects to clients
  • Networking inside relevant vertical market and industry organizations to educate, expand prospect opportunities and promote Schneider as the industry leader
  • Closing multi-million-dollar design-build energy infrastructure deals
  • Negotiate the price and contract for large, complex infrastructure improvements
  • Facilitate industry events

Requirements

A 4-year degree and direct sales experience with demonstrated achievement of significant sales goals in previous work environments.

Demonstrated success in closing complex service and/or solution sales, not primarily product sales.

Experience initiating and closing sales of large $ volume at high organizational levels – C-suite or equivalent with public sector clients.

Qualifications

Already established and familiar with the Florida, Georgia, or Tennessee markets.

Skills

Customer-centric, relationship builder, sustainability-focused, strong communication skills, ability to close complex sales, networking, strategic planning, leadership, teamwork.
