Senior AE Responsibilities

  • Possess a network of financial services relationships and be positioned near a high-density market
  • Independently source and close complex enterprise deals
  • Leverage modern AI tools to sell smarter
  • Thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment
  • Grow lead vertical expansion efforts into insurance and wealth management
  • Partner with Marketing and Client Success on messaging and expansion opportunities
  • Strategize and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on pipeline progress, revenue forecast, and feature requests
  • Represent PerformLine at industry events and conferences to build brand presence and source pipeline

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise SaaS sales experience (GRC/compliance software is a plus), with consistent quota attainment
  • Demonstrated success selling into enterprise financial services (banking, insurance, wealth management, or fintech)
  • A real network of financial services relationships you can activate
  • Experience sourcing and managing enterprise deal cycles averaging 6+ months
  • Comfort in ambiguity: you've operated without a fully built territory, playbook, or support infrastructure and figured it out
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills — you can command a room with a CISO and a CFO in the same conversation
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales tech stack
  • Experience with AI platforms (Claude, etc.)

Benefits
