Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate key relationships with senior decision-makers within large enterprises, ensuring a consultative approach to selling communication technology-enabled managed services.
  • Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth by selling virtual events, conferences, and secure hosted virtual meetings within public and private companies.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients, increasing product adoption and contract value.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue objectives by prospecting, securing meetings, negotiating, and closing new business deals.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, providing accurate sales forecasting and ensuring all activities are logged in OpenExchange’s CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer within OpenExchange, actively gathering feedback to enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success / Delivery, Marketing, and Product, to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Must be US-based; only candidates located in the US will be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven enterprise sales experience, preferably in tech sales, SaaS, or event services.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets, securing new business, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Expertise in complex sales cycles, including consultative and strategic selling methodologies.
  • Experience developing a new sales territory, including establishing and executing a structured territory plan.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
  • Ability to self-motivate and self-organize, given the remote nature of the role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is essential; knowledge of Outreach is advantageous.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possesses a proactive, results-driven mentality.
