About the role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will help manage the day-to-day business on assigned brand(s) to meet client needs, deadlines, and budgets. You will act as liaison between the client and internal agency departments and proactively manage project deliverables in partnership with Project Management.
Responsibilities
- Owns assigned projects from development to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within agency and client processes.
- Partners with Project Management on financial deliverables, including estimates, invoices, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal teams and client counterparts, providing clear updates on project status and budget allocations.
- Takes a collaborative approach to problem-solving, working cross-functionally to achieve goals and demonstrating a willingness to learn various channel management strategies.
- Participates in weekly client status meetings, maintains accurate client reports, and ensures client needs are communicated effectively to internal teams.
- Develops in-depth knowledge of assigned categories, stays updated on industry trends, and assists with training and mentoring junior staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2+ years of professional experience required, and 2+ years of agency/marketing experience preferred.
- Passion for healthcare marketing and willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital, media, social, and analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present effectively and articulate complex ideas.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and think critically in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to collaborate across functions, share knowledge, and drive innovative solutions.
Pay
$65,000 - $85,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
