Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and expand your customer portfolio
- Leverage your expertise in consultative selling to identify and address solution gaps, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and engage customers across various IT service pillars
- Establish new relationships through a robust lead-generation program
- Design and build your successful environment with no restrictions on territory or verticals
- Collaborate with some of the best resources in the industry and benefit from our dedication to providing efficiency and stability in our sales environment
- Manage the end-to-end quoting process and ensure timely submission of deal registrations to maximize vendor incentives and protect pipeline opportunities
- Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for partner/vendor trainings and webinars

- Experience: 4+ years in IT sales or services
Key Duties
- Customer Analysis: Proactively analyze existing customer book of business to uncover solution gaps, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expand engagement across service pillars
- Portfolio Growth: Cultivate and expand your existing book of business and grow your portfolio by acquiring new customers
- Consultative Selling: Conduct consultative selling to uncover opportunities spanning cloud, security, networking, communication and collaboration, and IT lifecycle services
- Opportunity Management: Open and manage opportunities within iT1's solutions offerings and engage the Pre-Sales team
- CRM Utilization: Daily utilization of CRM to manage portfolio of business, i.e., updating account information, opportunities, leads/prospects, tasks, customer payment, etc.
- Marketing Tools: Leverage marketing tools to prospect and develop your portfolio of business
- Resource Engagement: Engage all necessary internal/external resources to conduct business, including vendor, partner, and distribution representatives
- Quoting Process: Manage the end-to-end quoting process and ensure timely submission of deal registrations to maximize vendor incentives and protect pipeline opportunities
- Training and Webinars: Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance for partner/vendor trainings and webinars

Schedule
Job Location: In-Office Tues/Thrs if within a reasonable commute to the Tempe HQ
Remote if located 40+ miles away from Tempe HQ
