About the role
You are driven and endlessly curious. In this role with GSW, you will function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
- Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as a source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
- Auxiliary in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer
- Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer requests
- Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner
Requirements
- 3+ years’ relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or medical communications at an agency
- Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with Veeva, preferred
Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
