Responsibilities
- Source your own Direct Sales New Logo Deals
- Develop and maintain GPO, Channel Sales, and Direct End User customer relationships
- Achieve, at minimum, an OTE (on-target earnings) New Business Sales Quota as determined by management
- Position the value of GLOBO’s service offerings to large and strategic accounts businesses
- Develop a deep understanding of GLOBO, our capabilities, and the language services industry
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how GLOBO can grow their business
- Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn, including posting 5 articles per week with summaries and using relevant hashtags, commenting on prospects' posts, and providing input into Outbound sales proposals
- Update and maintain HubSpot in a timely manner
- Manage a robust pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
- Qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if GLOBO can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth, all through consistent application of our “Winning By Design” Sales processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 to 10 years of B2B, technical SaaS Enterprise Sales Experience, preferably in healthcare
- At least 3 years of the above experience must be in a Senior Account Executive role with an emphasis on hunting new logos
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint and superior knowledge of Excel
- Experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac Operating System preferred
- Authorized to legally work for any employer in the United States
- Willingness to submit to any requested background checks
- Fluent in English
