About the role
Fidium Fiber is rapidly expanding and searching for sales executives with experience engaging C-level prospects in a high-potential territory. A lucrative commission package is designed to attract salespeople interested in high earning potential. This is a hybrid role based in Market.
Responsibilities
- Leverage existing relationships with business owners and C-level executives through direct face-to-face contact in the local metro area.
- Articulate Fidium’s products to prospects and pre-qualify opportunities.
- Document sales activities in Fidium’s CRM system.
- Follow the defined sales process and fulfill responsibilities as outlined.
- Achieve quotas set by the Sales Manager.
- Attend prospect and company meetings promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a professional appearance and preparedness for all prospect engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience successfully engaging business owners or C-level executives.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- CRM experience (SalesForce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent presentation and sales persuasiveness.
- Self-motivated and highly driven.
- Valid state driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience, with telecommunications, cable, directory sales, or technology preferred.
