Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality service, meeting all client service standards for the portfolio of captive clients.
- Adhere to established regulatory, company, and client timelines and deadlines.
- Follow established guidelines, checklists, and procedures to ensure managed companies remain compliant and internal controls are followed.
- Enforce said guidelines, checklists, and procedures with managed staff.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher with a concentration in Accounting or relevant equivalent experience
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 5 – 10 years of general accounting knowledge
- Achievement of Associate in Captive Insurance or similar designation
- Up to date knowledge of GAAP and insurance accounting principles
- Accounting research capability
- 5 years statutory or alternative market insurance account experience
- Advanced proficiency in software (Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks)
