Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Supports account leadership in managing overall client relationship.
• Collaborates with account leadership in client strategic planning process and forecasting.
• Aids in preparing client proposals, marketing communications, and strategic marketing plans, media, and PR plans.
• Has a thorough understanding of all agency functional offerings and our integrated ways of working.
• Is the subject matter expert on assigned client brands to continuously advance understanding across all teams.
• Led/facilitates/participates in all client meetings (external and internal) with support of account leadership.
• Regularly updates account team on client progress and involves account supervisor immediately in case of potential issues/problems.
• Checks and approves agency deliverables before client review to ensure they meet the brief, requirements, and align with the overall strategy.
• Coordinates and oversees client reviews and approvals.
• Supports billing and invoice review process before release to clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in agriculture and/or food business, marketing, journalism, communications, or related field.

5-8 years of experience managing client accounts in public relations, advertising, marketing, and communications.

Agency experience preferred.

Agriculture-related experience preferred.

Proven track record of managing agency and client relationships.

Benefits & Compensation

The pay range is $70,000 - $90,000, with pay based on various factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.
