Senior Account Executive
Job Overview
As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead marketing communications planning within the agency and champion work that transforms behaviors, people, and even entire communities. Your ability to nurture relationships, connect the dots to elevate tactical requests into strategic opportunities, and grow the next generation of brand leadership should be second to none.
Responsibilities
- Fosters partnerships with clients and operates as a primary point of contact for the majority of day-to-day mid-level clients
- Develops a deep knowledge of clients’ core marketing objectives, programs and channels to engage in the business beyond project work
- Bridges strong social media expertise, including experience managing integrated social campaigns, advising clients on platform best practices and emerging trends, and collaborating with creative, public relations, and strategy teams to deliver culturally relevant, engagement-driving content across channels
- Ensures the cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment that leads to more relevant and impactful work
- Delivers work across the business that is strategically sound, creatively driven and seamlessly linked
- Initiates, develops and sells through scopes of work
- Integrate emerging AI technologies into daily workflows to support innovation, automation, and operational excellence
- Pairs with senior Project Managers, owning client-facing deliverables within the brand leadership processes to proactively manage expectations and deliver work on time and on budget
- Owns client budgets and partners with business managers to ensure profitability
- Seeks opportunities to mentor, motivate and develop junior-level team members

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Three or more years of agency or relevant experience
- Integrated agency and retail brand experience a plus
- Current with technology and knowledge of integrated marketing and advertising
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel as needed
