Senior Account Executive
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid About the Company, but they gave examples; we can include if content present. However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". About the Company is not job title, so okay. But they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might include About the Company, About the Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes sections: About The Company, About The Role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, base salary range, Benefits & Perks, Our Philosophy, Our Commitment Statement..., Our Principles. The latter are likely boilerplate (values). Should we include them? They are not specifically requested sections; they could be considered "About the Company" philosophy but might be considered fluff. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The philosophy sections are not exactly legal boilerplate but could be considered fluff. However they are substantive about company culture. Might keep as part of About the Company? But we already have About the Company description earlier. The philosophy sections are separate; could be considered part of About the Company but might be too much. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine About the Company and philosophy into one About the Company section? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we cannot omit details; we must keep them. However we can keep them within a section like About the Company (or Culture). The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow the pattern. Could use About the Company as heading. Then include the company description and philosophy etc. That would be substantive.
We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:

We must not repeat job title. Already not. Check for any duplicated lines: Ensure we didn't duplicate any bullet. Check for boilerplate: We omitted philosophy, commitment statement, principles. Are those considered boilerplate? They are company values; might be considered substantive but not required sections. The instruction: "remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Philosophy is not exactly those. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including philosophy would add another thin section. Might be okay to omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit philosophy, we are losing substantive info about company values. That might be considered not allowed. However the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we need to balance. Perhaps we can incorporate philosophy into About the Company section as additional paragraphs, preserving the info without extra heading. That would keep all info. Thus we need to include the philosophy, commitment statement, and principles text within About the Company section (maybe as multiple paragraphs). Let's capture them: Our Philosophy At Chicory, we know that we are strongest when every person is valued, respected and treated with dignity. We actively put aside assumptions and judgment and work to make space for all points of view. We do serious work but don’t take ourselves too seriously. We consider our playful spirit a competitive advantage to building better relationships and finding the smartest solutions. We produce the best results by hiring smart people and giving them the space, safety and the resources to do their work. We are building a company people love working with and working at. Our Commitment Statement to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging At Chicory, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key ingredients in our recipe for success. We are building a workplace built on merit and equity where every one of us has a voice at the table. Our Principles Be Good People: The success of our company is totally dependent on having good, smart people.Own It: We take pride in our work. When we see a problem, we step up. We hold ourselves, and each other, to the highest standard. We learn from mistakes, admit when we are wrong, and take full responsibility for delivering results, not just for our role, but for the mission.Separate Your Ego From Your Position: We speak up with conviction, but we stay open to being wrong. Leadership isn’t about winning arguments or defending turf; it’s about serving the mission. We challenge ideas without taking it personally, and we invite feedback
