Senior Account Executive
About the role
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including outbound outreach, discovery, tailored demonstrations, scoping, pricing, contract negotiation, and successful handoff to implementation.
Build and execute a strategic territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales quota targets within our ideal customer profile (community banks and credit unions)
Generate net-new pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting and relationship-building efforts
Navigate complex buying processes and engage key stakeholders, including executive leadership and technical decision-makers
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to develop winning strategies for prospective clients
Understand each prospect’s business goals and position Bankjoy’s solutions as a strategic driver of growth, engagement, and operational efficiency
Represent Bankjoy at national and regional conferences, industry events, and trade shows to build pipeline and strengthen brand awareness.

Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive or similar quota-carrying role
Demonstrated success selling enterprise SaaS solutions, ideally within fintech, digital banking, or financial services technology
Proven track record of managing pipeline and closing complex, high-value enterprise contracts
Strong negotiation, forecasting, and deal management skills
Experience navigating mid-market and enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders
Ability to build relationships quickly with senior leaders and executive decision-makers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior management and C-level executives
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the sales cycle
Experience selling to financial institutions (banks, credit unions, fintech) strongly preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
