Senior Account Executive
for section headings. We should not repeat job title. We need to include sections only when there is real content.
We need to extract:
- About Avalere Health (company description) maybe as a section? The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They didn't list "About the company". But we can still include a section if content exists? The instruction says: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests those are examples; we could also have other headings? Probably we should stick to those categories. The posting includes "About Avalere Health" which is company overview; could be placed under "About the role"? Not exactly. Might be better to include as a
before sections, not as a heading. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." It doesn't forbid other headings besides those examples, but says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). Likely they expect us to use those headings where applicable. So we need to map content to those sections. We have: - About the role: description of role (searching for experienced Pharma advertising agency Senior Account Executive...). That's a paragraph. - Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". Those are duties. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: Under "About You": bullet list of abilities, plus BA/BS degree, 3-5 years experience, MS Office proficiency. Also "PHARMA AGENCY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED" maybe as requirement. - Pay: "$72,000 - $80,000 a year" - Benefits: Under "What We Can Offer": list of benefits. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned; there is flexible working arrangements, hybrid/remote, option to work from anywhere across the globe two weeks each year, 20 vacation days etc. That's more benefits than schedule. No explicit schedule like full-time, hours. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It doesn't state schedule like "Monday-Friday 9-5". So omit Schedule. We also need to include maybe a short paragraph for metadata like location? Not required. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The text includes some boilerplate at end: "We encourage all applicants to read our candidate privacy notice before applying...". That's application instructions/privacy notice; should be removed. Also the AI tools note etc. Should be removed. We need to keep the substantive content: company overview, role description, responsibilities, requirements, pay, benefits. Let's extract company overview paragraph(s): The first paragraph about Avalere Health mission etc. Keep that as a
before sections. Now sections:

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning examples, not exhaustive. So we could add other headings if needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should try to keep sections few. We can incorporate culture details into Benefits or maybe a separate "About the company" paragraph before sections. We already have a paragraph about Avalere Health at start. That covers mission, culture, flexible working, hubs, employee network groups, fertility policy, disability confident, professional growth. So we can keep that as introductory paragraph. Then sections for role, responsibilities, requirements, pay, benefits. Check if we missed any detail from responsibilities: we captured all bullet points. Check if we missed any from About You: we captured all. Check if we missed any from benefits: we captured all plus added network groups, fertility, disability confident. Check if we missed any from company overview: we included mission, flexible approach, hubs, homeworkers supported, inclusive culture, employee network groups, fertility policy, disability confident, professional growth, training, career conversations, global moves. Some of those are already in benefits; but we may have omitted mention of "day-to-day career experiences, access to thousands of on-demand training sessions, regular career conversations, and the opportunity for global, cross-capability career moves." We added "Continuous opportunities to professionally develop with on-demand training, support, and global mobility opportunities across the business." That covers training and global mobility. We didn't explicitly mention "regular career conversations" and "day-to-day career experiences". Could add as benefit: "Regular career conversations and day-to-day career experiences to support professional growth." Let's add. Also mention "We are deeply invested in supporting professional growth for our employees through day-to-day career experiences, access to thousands of on-demand training sessions, regular career conversations, and the opportunity for global, cross-capability career moves." We'll incorporate. Add benefit item: "Day-to-day career experiences, access to thousands of on-demand training sessions, regular career conversations, and global, cross-capability career move opportunities." Now ensure we didn't duplicate. Now produce HTML fragment. We must not include markdown code fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft. Start with introductory paragraph(s) about Avalere Health. We'll include maybe two paragraphs: first mission, second flexible approach etc. But we must not create extra headings unless needed. We'll do:
