About the role

Join our growing team as a Senior Account Executive at T-Mobile Advertising Solutions. You'll act as an ambassador for our technology solutions, develop client relationships, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Expand our client portfolio through agency and brand relationships.
  • Develop prospect hit lists and leverage existing sales relationships to maximize overall long-term value of client relationships.
  • Own and drive revenue strategy, focusing on high-impact accounts.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business.
  • Maintain deep relationships with clients and agencies through outstanding service and campaign results.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED (Required).
  • Prior experience in ad-tech sales, working with brands, agencies, trading desks, and ad networks (Preferred).
  • A strong network of agency and client-direct relationships across the region.
  • A proven track record of developing and closing new business.
  • A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, especially in categories like Automotive, CPG, QSR, Retail, and Travel (Preferred).

  • Expertise in digital media, including programmatic, location-based data, and analytics.
  • A results-driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Pay

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $199,700 - $360,200, inclusive of target incentives.

Base Pay Range: $99,850 - $180,100.
