The Role

We are seeking a Senior Director of Strategic DSP & Curation Partnerships to serve as a senior commercial leader in our New York hub. This is not a traditional "service" role. It is a high-visibility, revenue-owning position for a programmatic leader who can navigate the full plumbing of the ecosystem, selling to the sell-side and the buy-side alike and translate Seedtag's neuro-contextual edge into activated, scaled demand.

Your Challenge

  • Create and own the strategic playbook for our DSP partnerships — the repeatable approach to win, grow, and retain demand across our portfolio.
  • Own and execute the strategy to grow the business across both the open web and CTV, turning the playbook into measurable revenue.
  • Sell to sellers and curators alike: Act as the senior commercial lead to Tier-1 DSPs, their seller / sell-side teams, and the curator community — positioning Seedtag's SSP and agentic curation tools as the most efficient path to our neuro-contextual inventory.
  • Work cross-team to better serve DSP inventory managers, DSP sellers, and their clients with Seedtag's bespoke audiences and services.
  • Show buyers how to move seamlessly from a campaign brief to live activation and self-service troubleshooting inside our curation tools — owning the experience end to end and removing friction at every hop.
  • Carry weight in agency conversations: Lead senior agency dialogues that triangulate the opportunity across client, agency, and DSP, so that Seedtag inventory becomes the obvious, mutually valuable choice for all three.
  • Design and scale bespoke Marketplaces, PMPs, and SPO (Supply Path Optimization) strategies built on Seedtag's unique data signals and NeuroX curation.
  • Own the number: Carry a revenue target and use deep data fluency to identify yield opportunities and improve auction win rates across your portfolio.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Experience: 10+ years in the programmatic ecosystem, with a track record on the SSP / Exchange or DSP partnership side and demonstrable ownership of a revenue number.
  • Commercial & Sales: Proven enterprise sales experience selling to both demand-side (DSP, agency) and curation stakeholders; able to carry a quota, build pipeline, and close strategic partnerships.
  • Technical Depth: Granular understanding of OpenRTB, auction dynamics, SPO, curation / Deal-ID workflows, and evolving identity frameworks (e.g., UID2.0); fluent enough to guide buyers through self-service activation and troubleshooting.
  • Executive Presence: Comfortable owning C-suite relationships and representing the business externally, with strong executive storytelling and negotiation skills.
  • Cross-Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead across Product, Operations, and Commercial teams in a matrixed environment, taking initiative and driving outcomes without waiting for direction.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial "owner" who takes initiative, leads cross-team, and thrives where strategic thinking meets execution velocity.
