We need sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions & Responsibilities), Requirements (maybe Qualifications & Skills?), Skills (maybe separate?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.

Schedule: "Hybrid work schedule" is specific enough? It's a schedule description. It's not placeholder like "varies" or "TBD". It's a specific schedule type. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: "Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision" is specific. Also "A supportive culture that invests in your development" maybe more like culture but could be considered benefit? Could be included in Benefits section as bullet.
Opportunity to work on iconic campaigns maybe also a benefit but could be in Benefits or maybe in About the role? It's more like a perk. We could include in Benefits.
We need to avoid duplication. Also we need to not repeat job title as heading.

About the role
We’re seeking an experienced print advertising professional with a strong background in entertainment to join our team as Senior Account Director. This person will play a senior leadership role within the Print Division, helping the Head of Print build and manage strong, lasting client relationships while overseeing projects and accounts in a profitable, efficient manner. The ideal candidate brings extensive entertainment advertising experience from the print side, a strong understanding of the creative and production process, and a proven ability to manage complex client relationships and high-profile campaigns. This person should be comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, from helping shape client opportunities and grow business to overseeing day-to-day execution and ensuring projects are delivered at the highest level. The Senior Account Director will serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, provide leadership and direction to account teams, and partner closely with Creative, Production and other agency departments to ensure client needs are met. A successful track record managing complex projects, navigating demanding client relationships and growing existing business is required. Position may require periodic travel as well as the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays when necessary.
Responsibilities

- Leads client meetings and presentations and represents the Print Division in both internal and external meetings
- Participates in new business efforts, pitches, ideation and brainstorms, bringing strategic and client perspective to opportunities
- Identifies opportunities to introduce clients to new strategies, services and solutions that can positively impact their business and grow the agency relationship
- Partners with the Head of Print and leadership on account planning, forecasting, staffing and new business projections
- Provides leadership during challenging or high-pressure projects, helping teams navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines and significant client changes while maintaining strong client relationships
- Collects and reviews hours estimates from Creative, Production and other teams for pricing purposes and helps ensure projects are appropriately scoped

- Proven track record managing significant client relationships and complex, high-profile print campaigns from strategy through execution
- Demonstrated ability to grow existing client relationships and identify opportunities for additional business

- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced creative environment
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- General familiarity with Photoshop and InDesign processes is a plus
We could also have a Skills section but Qualifications already includes skills. The instruction says use headings for Skills etc. But we can combine Qualifications and Skills into one section if we want fewer sections. However they said "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could merge Qualifications and Skills into one heading, maybe "Qualifications & Skills". That would be acceptable.
Thus we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications & Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
Now Benefits: we need to list bullet points: opportunity to work on iconic campaigns, supportive culture, comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision). Also maybe mention hybrid work schedule? That's schedule.
Thus Benefits section:
Benefits
- The opportunity to work on some of the most iconic entertainment campaigns in the business
- A supportive culture that invests in your development
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision
Pay section: we need to include the salary range and note about commensurate etc. The text includes: "Competitive compensation ($200,000–$220,000 base salary, commensurate with experience and qualifications). The salary range represents the range we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of hire. In exceptional circumstances, compensation may exceed the posted range based on experience, qualifications and other relevant factors. Title may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications and overall fit for the role."
We should include that as prose . Not a list.
Schedule section: "Hybrid work schedule". Could be a
.
Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "DUTIES AND TASKS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE..." etc. We'll drop that.
Also we need to drop "Powered by JazzHR WcBD5kLFgI". That's metadata.
Now check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated.
Check for any placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" - that's actual content, not placeholder. It's okay.
Now ensure we didn't create sections with filler/placeholder text.
