About the Role

At gt.school, your group of 15–20 K–12 students advances through material 5–10x faster than conventional classrooms permit. Your mission is to continuously elevate expectations: facilitating one-hour life skills sessions on public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback, and conducting personalized motivation meetings guided by Coachbot analytics that align individual objectives with concrete app progress. You'll observe students who previously struggled with articulation complete the Test2Pass and emerge prepared to address any audience. Your academic credentials inform every interaction. There is no predetermined script. This position differs fundamentally from traditional classroom instruction. No grading backlog, no behavioral management, no curriculum designed for the median.
