Travel OR Registered Nurse - $1,946 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN to join our Operating Room team. This role requires expertise in various surgical procedures and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid in various surgical procedures including neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, robotics, and plastics.
• Maintain and assess patient conditions before, during, and after surgery.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff.
• Utilize EMR (Meditech) for documentation and patient care management.
• Participate in 24/7 department staffing, including on-call responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Experience in operating room settings with a focus on orthopedic and neuro/spine procedures.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Trauma Care certifications are preferred.

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM, Friday to Sunday.

Pay

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
