Role Summary

Southeastern Cyber LLC is seeking a Semiconductor Process Technician to execute SEC-directed fabrication recipes for Phase I test structures. This role focuses on hands-on cleanroom work and electrical characterization to validate novel, physically encoded microelectronics layouts.

Responsibilities

  • Execute lithography, deposition, and etching steps on standard silicon wafers within the GT IEN cleanrooms.
  • Perform SEM metrology and parametric testing (probe station) on fabricated test structures.
  • Document run-cards, process variations, and bench-test data for SEC analysis.
  • Maintain strict IP custody of SEC masks and designs during the fabrication process.

Required Qualifications

  • Active or completed B.S. (M.S. preferred) in Materials Science (MSE), Chemical Engineering (ChBE), or Electrical/Computer Engineering (ECE) with a microelectronics focus.
  • Existing cleanroom certification and safety clearance at GT IEN (or equivalent facility).
  • Hands-on experience with deposition, photolithography, and parametric probe-station testing.
  • US Person (Citizen or Permanent Resident) preferred.

Who We Are

Southeastern Cyber, LLC is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Lincolnton, Georgia. We are a hardware security and AI silicon product company building the systems that the nation depends on — from weapon platforms to critical infrastructure.

Our mission is to deliver hardware-rooted security and deterministic AI inference capabilities that survive full-stack compromises and operate reliably in the most demanding environments.

We actively engage with:

  • NVIDIA Inception: Member of NVIDIA's program supporting startups advancing AI and accelerated computing
  • Federal Partners: Critical DoD programs and federal research agencies
  • Academic Research: Leading academic institutions specializing in hardware security

How We Think

Every system we build follows the same engineering philosophy: express everything as code, automate everything that can be automated, and bake security in from the architecture level rather than treating it as a software layer after the fact.

Hardware validation, verifiable deployments, and immutable logic gates — these aren't buzzwords for us, they're how we actually ship systems. Every project carries full integration for rigorous testing, secure manufacturing, and trusted execution.
