About the role

The Senior Semiconductor Broker at Trio Supply Chain Solutions is responsible for sourcing, selling, and distributing semiconductor components within the independent distribution market. Key responsibilities include identifying and developing relationships with suppliers and buyers, negotiating favorable deals, staying informed about market trends, and working closely with internal teams to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop relationships with suppliers and buyers to facilitate successful transactions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable deals for both customers and the company
• Stay abreast of market trends, inventory requirements, and emerging technologies in the semiconductor field
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and support throughout the procurement and selling process
• Analyze market conditions and customer needs to develop effective strategies that drive revenue growth and improve market presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor brokerage or independent distribution
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and negotiating semiconductor components
• Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and market trends
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market conditions and customer needs
