Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will:

  • Contribute to fundraising efforts that support our mission-driven clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage stakeholders and secure funding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on fundraising goals and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance fundraising effectiveness.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, or a similar field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and fundraising software.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • Knowledge of grant writing and proposal development.
  • Leadership experience in a team-oriented environment.

Skills

Essential skills for this role include:

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $75,000 annually.
