SEM Coordinator

We are a growing, dynamic company with a dedicated team of eCommerce professionals looking for a highly motivated SEM Coordinator to join our marketing team as we continue to grow our B2C eCommerce business across our multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and report on advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and more.
• Maintain and manage advertising accounts: Regularly optimize campaigns using both growth and efficiency industry best practices.
• Create and test unique ideas to improve overall quality and success of campaigns.
• Use data to determine when to pivot account strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights.
• Stay on top of industry trends and adapt to new best practices.
• Report on project performance and how it relates to our greater strategy (using Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics).

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in paid search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong analytics, problem-solving, and systems analysis skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Excel – comfortable working with large spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas.
• Statistical reasoning.
• Experience in statistics or game theory.
• Knowledge of machine learning and automation.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio, and Google Analytics.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $35,000 - $45,000 annually based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
