Selling Supervisor, Boca Raton - Marni

The Supervisor assists the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures. This role acts as a positive role model, representing and supporting the brand and its values, and takes ownership of responsibilities such as visual merchandising, operations, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in meeting store sales and target goals, maximizing profitability, and achieving Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide strong customer service, including follow-up with clients through calls, letters, and special announcements, and maintain detailed client records (preferences, sizes, styles, and life events).
- Align with brand style and qualitative standards throughout the sales and post-sale process.
- Promote the brand and products during customer interactions, collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, and stay updated on fashion trends and competition.
- Demonstrate, recommend, and style products, schedule client appointments, and pull merchandise in advance.
- Build customer loyalty by collecting and entering customer information into the database.
- Assist in training store employees, maintaining high-training standards, and reporting on team performance and development areas.
- Supervise and organize store personnel, assign workloads, and lead store meetings to communicate targets and priorities.
- Monitor store merchandise standards, communicate product needs and quality issues, and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Manage slow-seller inventory and provide feedback to the management team.
- Implement and execute loss prevention policies and procedures, hold staff accountable for inventory control, and assist with accurate stock takes.
- Inform store personnel about local health, safety, and employment laws, and maintain safe working conditions.
- Adhere to all company policies and state/federal laws.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
- Leadership skills and excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exceptional time-management skills.
- Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritizing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree and/or equivalent combination of work and experience.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in a luxury or high-end, client-based environment.

Physical Requirements
- Required to stand and walk for up to eight hours in a workday.

Pay
$22–23 per hour
