- High School Diploma or equivalent is required, College Degree is preferred
How You'll Shine
- Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners
- Conduct in-person sales presentations
- Articulate the benefit of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure
- Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques
- Aid in recruiting, training, and managing of all sales new hires
- Affiliate in and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training
