About the role
TCC, Verizon Authorized Retailer - District Manager. This position will oversee ONE location(s): Norfolk, NE.
Responsibilities
- Review district sales results and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities, coach for improvement, and maintain balance
- Think strategically about growth and helping teams succeed in a competitive wireless environment
- Work closely with employees in the field, observing sales interactions, coaching in real time, and modeling customer-first selling behaviors
- Closely develop people through team meetings, one-on-one coaching, teaching, mentoring, and building future leaders
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent while building strong succession plans
- Balance sales leadership with operational excellence, ensuring policies, inventory controls, cash handling, and merchandising standards are met
- Plan schedules that support peak selling times and collaborate with peers and partners to drive district results
- Influence beyond the store through community involvement and volunteer initiatives
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours (averages 45 hours/week)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel 100% of the time, including overnight travel, as required
- Ideal candidates will have multi-unit management experience
- Likely authorized to work in the U.S.
Benefits
- Average Salary: $120-130,000
