Selling Advisor - Handbags

About the role

You will be a Selling Advisor at Neiman Marcus, cultivating relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. This role serves clients both in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on whether a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration

Requirements

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Experienced with technology and has experience selling to clients using digital tools
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience
• Commission sales experience
• High School Diploma or equivalency required
• A flexible work schedule

Pay

Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.30 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
