Sell AI Virtual Assistants- 1099

Position Overview

We are seeking self-motivated Independent Sales Contractors to sell our AI virtual agent platform to businesses in their target market. You need to be totally independent. A person who can be given a playbook and can execute it with minimal hand-holding.

This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only role — you control your schedule, your pipeline, and your earnings. This is an independent contractor position, not an employee role.

Understand that this is "Your Business," and you build and maintain your client list.

You must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week Monday through Friday.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, pitch, and close new business clients on Konnect-U's AI voice and chat agent solutions.
• Run discovery calls and product demos to identify client needs and match them to the right Konnect-U solution.
• Manage your own pipeline using Konnect-U's tools and resources, from first outreach through signed contract.
• Maintain relationships with closed clients to support retention and account growth.
• Stay current on Konnect-U's product capabilities, use cases, and competitive positioning.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based — no cap on earnings.
• 50% commission split on all revenue you generate, including recurring monthly revenue for the life of the client account.
• Paid each month as your clients' subscriptions renew — build a powerful residual income stream, not just one-time payouts.

Requirements

• Dedicated home office with a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
• Minimum 1 year of continuous, verifiable experience in sales, business development, or a related client-facing role.
• Softphone
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills; comfortable running calls and product demos independently.
• Self-directed and disciplined — able to manage your own pipeline and schedule without daily oversight.
• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor in your country/region of residence.
