CSO, an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, is seeking a full-time Case Manager to assist families, individuals, and communities in Columbia County.
Responsibilities
- Determine basic eligibility for services
- Assess needs
- Cook up and coordinate services
- Provide immediate intervention to increase stability
Requirements
- Computer skills including Word and Excel
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
- A valid PA driver's license
- Clearances: Act 34, 151, and 114
