CSO, an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency, is seeking a full-time Case Manager to assist families, individuals, and communities in Columbia County.

Responsibilities

• Determine basic eligibility for services
• Assess needs
• Cook up and coordinate services
• Provide immediate intervention to increase stability

Requirements

• Computer skills including Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education
• A valid PA driver's license
• Clearances: Act 34, 151, and 114
