Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal needs and activities of daily living (ADL)
• Monitoring health and safety
• Building advocacy, decision making, and community connections
• Administering medication and treatment plans

Requirements

• Basic word processing and e-mail skills
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• Able to demonstrate direct care duties including personal assistance

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00+ hourly (hourly rate based on participant’s budget)
