Pay

Starting pay: $16.98/hr plus incentive compensation. The pay range for this position is $16.98–$21.98/hr.

Schedule

Full-time, Sunday–Thursday. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders that grow our business while prioritizing safety
• Deliver exact and damage-free orders as part of a collaborative team
• Operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment, often in multi-temperature settings
• Lift, carry, push, or pull 20–80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a commitment to building trusting relationships with team members

Requirements

• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical roles preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred
• Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from -5°F to over 100°F
