Selector, Night

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $26.04 and $30.64 per hour. As applicable, this role will also receive overtime compensation.

About the role

As a Night Warehouse Selector, you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders with accuracy and care to ensure damage-free delivery.
• Operate in a team environment to meet business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday (weekends and holidays may be required).
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively.
• Moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.

Pay

Base rate between $26.04 and $30.64 per hour, with overtime compensation as applicable.

Schedule

8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. Weekends and holidays may be required.
