Schedule

• Night shift with Sunday–Friday availability
• Start times between 4:30–5:30 PM
• Work until nightly orders are completed

Pay

The expected base rate for this role is between $30.01 and $33.34 per hour, with additional compensation for overtime, productivity-based incentives, shift differential, and freezer premium.

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly productivity and accuracy standards
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack
• Move products from racks to pallets as directed by order-selecting software
• Validate correct product selection and ensure items are damage-free
• Deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to charging area

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment (-5°F to over 100°F)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20–80+ lbs repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases per shift
• Must be able to read and communicate in English for training, safety coaching, and job-related tasks
• Ability to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Thursday (weekends and holidays may be required)
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or physically demanding roles preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction)
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred
• Experience operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred
