Schedule

Current schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 pm until orders are complete.

Flex schedules are not guaranteed and are based on availability after 5 weeks. Multiple full-time night shift schedules may be available, including:

• 5-day workweek (2 days off)
• 4-day workweek (3 days off)
• 3-day workweek (4 days off)

Responsibilities

• Safely and accurately select customer orders.
• Build and wrap pallets to meet weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate an electric pallet jack.
• Move products from racks to pallets directed by order-selecting software and equipment.
• Validate that correct product has been selected and is damage-free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets from slots in the aisle, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday – Thursday. Weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high-endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.

Pay

The expected base rate for this role is between $20.23 and $28.00 per hour. As applicable, this role will also receive:

• Incentive compensation based on productivity and quality.
