Segment Marketing Manager/AR (Remote)
Job Summary
Own the demand generation engine for the Protection & Benefits segment. Manage campaigns, content, webinars, social media, partnerships, and events to drive awareness, leads, and revenue growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid ads, social, content, webinars, events).
- Write, build, and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot; manage full campaign lifecycle.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, landing pages, etc.
- Leverage AI tools for campaign creation, content development, reporting.
- Produce marketing copy for emails, landing pages, blogs, webinars, social media.
- Develop and maintain content calendar aligned to buyer journeys.
- Own webinar execution from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Manage conference and event marketing activities.
- Cook up partner marketing initiatives (webinars, content, campaigns).
- Manage social media channels (scheduling, content, engagement).
- Track and report on campaign performance (pipeline, MQLs, conversion rates, revenue).
- Manage ClickUp for project management; perform lead review and routing.
- Track marketing spend and budget utilization.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in demand generation, campaign marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Experience in insurance industry (independent agencies, brokers, financial services) preferred.
- Proven ability to run full campaign lifecycle independently.
- Strong HubSpot proficiency (email, workflows, landing pages, reporting).
- ClickUp or similar project management tool experience a plus.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and productivity.
- Excellent writing skills (emails, blogs, social posts, sales collateral).
- Comfortable presenting and hosting live webinars.
- An analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and calm under deadlines.
- Private, secure workspace with minimal distractions; internet speed 5 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up.
