Responsibilities

  • Own segment revenue targets, forecasting, quarterly business reviews, pricing strategies, and commercial plans, with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Develop account expansion strategies across approximately 5–7 strategic accounts, identifying upsell, cross-sell, renewal, and new-logo opportunities.
  • Build detailed growth plans using buying-center analysis and prioritize high-fit prospects within the segment’s serviceable addressable market.
  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to generate qualified demand, improve lead-to-meeting conversion, and move nurtured contacts toward revenue opportunities.
  • Increase active user adoption by identifying priority personas, developing high-value use cases, and creating targeted customer enablement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer engagement and usage to identify renewal risks, coordinating with Sales, Customer Engagement, and Product teams to support a 95%+ renewal rate.
  • Define product composition, channel combinations, bundles, offers, pricing, and packaging strategies that maximize customer value and revenue potential.
  • Represent the voice of the customer by translating market feedback, customer requirements, and revenue opportunities into product roadmap recommendations.
  • Partner with product teams to shape content strategies, identify content gaps, and prioritize initiatives based on customer demand, engagement potential, and commercial impact.
  • Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies and recommend portfolio decisions, including launches, consolidations, and product sunsets.
  • Identify, validate, and develop new product opportunities within the semiconductor materials segment in collaboration with Product Managers.
  • Create case studies, segment-specific messaging, go-to-market materials, and Product Offer Activation programs.
  • Develop sales enablement resources and training to help commercial teams communicate the value of products and solutions effectively.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with customers and prospects at multiple organizational levels, serving as a trusted advisor on market intelligence and business needs.
