About the role
To positively impact patients and their families, we provide exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care. Our care teams serve as way finders and way makers by delivering individualized care plans and experiences, wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Volunteer with Armed Forces (active or retired)
- Share a common language, culture, and code of honor with Veterans
- Listen, reminisce, and share experiences with Veterans and their families
- Develop trust and safety between Veterans and their families
- Offer companionship, care, and honor those who have served and protected our country
