Seeking Military Veterans to Serve and Support our Hospice Veterans

About the role

To support our mission of providing exceptional home health, palliative, and hospice care, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate representative of the Armed Forces (active or retired) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Volunteering your time to assist Veterans and their families
• Listening, reminiscing, and sharing experiences with Veterans
• Developing trust and safety between Veterans and their families
• Bringing healing and validation to Veterans and their families
• Offering companionship and care to Veterans and their families
• Participating in the We Honor Veterans program

Qualifications

• Active or retired member of the Armed Forces
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with Veterans and their families
• Willingness to listen and share experiences
• Ability to develop trust and safety with Veterans and their families

Pay

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
