About the Role
Southeastern Minnesota Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a talented and motivated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) to join their team. This associate position offers a fast path to partnership with mentorship from current partners. The practice focuses primarily on dentoalveolar surgery, implants, and minor pathology, with opportunities to expand into other areas based on interest. A well-established referral base ensures a busy schedule from day one, with minimal competition in the area and light call responsibilities. The office is newly built, spacious, and well-equipped with a trained support staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform dentoalveolar surgery, implants, and minor pathology procedures.
- Expand into additional areas of oral and maxillofacial surgery as desired.
- Maintain clinical autonomy while benefiting from operational and administrative support.
- Build your own case mix and schedule according to your interests.
