Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (Full-Time)

Seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (OMS) to join a growing, surgeon-led private practice in the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC area. The role involves providing office-based OMS services with optional hospital cases, including sedation, procedures, and consultations. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules, with a light call commitment. Surgeons will handle an average of 10 patients daily, performing mainly procedures such as implants, extractions, pathology, and rehab. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care, managing procedures, and collaborating with support staff. The role provides high autonomy within a well-established practice environment. Ideal candidates possess strong surgical skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently.
