About the Role
Seeking an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join a growing private practice in the greater Baltimore–Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities
- Perform office-based OMS procedures, including implants, extractions, pathology, and rehabilitation.
- Manage a busy caseload with an average of 10 patients daily, focusing on procedures and consults.
- Optional hospital cases with light shared call responsibilities.
- Operate with high autonomy, supported by strong surgical and administrative teams.
Requirements
- Experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery, comfortable with a variety of procedures.
- Ability to handle a mix of sedation cases, surgeries, and consultations.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
