Seeking Experienced Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) - APP for a growing Family Medicine clinic

About the role

SSM Health Dean Medical Group– Waunakee is actively recruiting an experienced, full-time Family Medicine Advanced Practitioner to join a team of 5 physicians and 1 APP. In this role, you will hold your own patient panel. Previous clinical healthcare background in primary care is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider required
• Primary Care experience is a plus
• Urgent Care and Internal Medicine backgrounds will also be considered
• Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
• Family certification required for NPs
• NPs will need APRN
• Graduation from an accredited PA/NP program
