Advanced Practice Provider (FNP / PA)

Xpress Wellness and Integrity Urgent Care are growing across Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas and are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our teams. We are looking for providers who enjoy the pace and variety of urgent care and are comfortable evaluating and treating patients of all ages.

Pay

$67–$80 per hour, depending on experience, market, and position.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Full-time providers typically work 7 shifts every 14 days
• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities may be available
• Additional flexibility may be available depending on location

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Perform common urgent care procedures
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Provide an initial interpretation of X-rays, with radiologist over-read for confirmation
• Treat patients across the lifespan
• Provide occupational medicine services when needed
• Determine when patients require a higher level of care
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Deliver an excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Appropriate state prescriptive authority
• Urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, or similar experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• DOT certification preferred
• Ability to see patients of all ages
