What you'll be doing

You will play a vital role in protecting the people, information and assets of the House of Commons by supporting the delivery of personnel security across the UK Parliament.

  • Process vetting applications
  • Verify identity documents
  • Issue parliamentary passes
  • Provide expert guidance to a wide range of stakeholders, including Members, Peers, staff and contractors

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced administrative environment with the ability to complete tasks whilst balancing accuracy and speed
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Being a team player with the ability to carry out and prioritize different tasks
  • Experience of working with diverse groups of people
  • Clear communication skills
