Primary Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and work with our team of security installers across multiple job sitesPlan, coordinate, and oversee daily installation activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scopePerform advanced installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security systems (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection)Ensure all work meets Pavion quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectationsServe as the primary point of contact in the field for technicians, project managers, and customersTrain, mentor, and develop junior technicians to improve overall team skill level and performanceConduct site walks, verify materials, and ensure proper system design executionMaintain accurate documentation, including job progress, changes, and completion reportsIdentify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and rework Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma5+ years of experience in security system installation (CCTV, access control, intrusion systems)Valid driver license and acceptable driving recordProven experience leading or supervising installation teamsStrong knowledge of low-voltage systems, wiring standards, and industry best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience coordinating multiple projects and managing priorities in a fast-paced environmentManufacturer Certifications (i.e. Lenel, AMAG, SWH, Verkada, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha, Axis)Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA compliance The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00-$35.00 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
