Security Technician

About the role

Join Firetrol Protection Systems as a Security Technician and support our clients in maintaining secure environments by installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting security and surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot security and surveillance systems
• Work with access control systems, CCTV systems, and alarm systems
• Read and interpret system schematics and installation manuals
• Liaise with clients and team members effectively
• Travel to various job sites as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in security and surveillance system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• In-depth knowledge of access control systems, CCTV systems, and alarm systems
• Ability to read and interpret system schematics and installation manuals
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies
• Valid driver's license
• Certification in security system installation or relevant technical training is a plus
